These Terms of Use explain the basic rules for using PCOMPlus, including member accounts, profiles, points, rewards, referrals, events, recommendations, and platform access.
PCOMPlus is an official community rewards platform of The Pride Center of Maryland.
About PCOMPlus
PCOMPlus helps members stay connected, earn points, explore events, track participation, receive recommendations, and redeem eligible rewards.
The platform is designed to support community engagement, wellness, participation, recognition, and connection.
Account Use
Members are responsible for providing accurate account information and keeping login information secure.
Members should not:
- Create false accounts
- Impersonate another person
- Misuse referral codes
- Attempt to claim points they did not earn
- Interfere with the platform
- Upload harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content
- Use PCOMPlus for unauthorized commercial activity
Eligibility
PCOMPlus may be used by community members, allies, supporters, and participants who want to engage with The Pride Center of Maryland through events, wellness programs, services, and community opportunities.
Some rewards, events, or features may have specific eligibility rules.
Points
Points may be earned through eligible PCOMPlus activities, profile completion, valid Pride Code use, referrals, manual credits, and other approved program activities.
PCOMPlus may review, adjust, reverse, or correct points if there is an error, duplicate credit, misuse, or administrative need.
Pride Code
The active Pride Code for the current MVP is Charmcity50.
Members who enter a valid Pride Code may receive 50 PCOMPlus points. Each member account may receive the Pride Code bonus only once.
Profile Completion Bonus
Members may receive 25 PCOMPlus points for completing required profile fields. This bonus may be limited to one time per member.
Referrals
Referral points may be awarded according to current PCOMPlus referral rules. Referral points may require profile completion, qualifying activity, admin review, or other verification.
Self-referrals are not allowed.
Rewards and Redemptions
Rewards may vary by points balance, tier, availability, program rules, and admin approval.
PCOMPlus may approve, reject, modify, pause, or discontinue rewards where necessary.
Submitting a redemption request does not guarantee fulfillment until PCOMPlus confirms the request.
Events
Event listings may include PCOMPlus-eligible events, community programs, wellness activities, Pride activities, or partner-supported opportunities.
Registration for an event does not automatically guarantee points unless PCOMPlus confirms the earning rule for that activity.
AI Recommendations
PCOMPlus may provide AI-assisted event or reward recommendations based on member profile interests, activity, points, available events, and program information.
Recommendations are informational and do not guarantee event eligibility, reward eligibility, point credit, or availability.
User Content
If members upload profile photos, event photos, or other content, PCOMPlus may review, approve, reject, or remove content that is inappropriate, unsafe, irrelevant, or inconsistent with community standards.
Account Deactivation and Deletion
Members may deactivate their account or request deletion through account settings or support. Some records may need to be retained for program administration, rewards, redemptions, fraud prevention, legal, or reporting reasons.
Changes to the Platform
PCOMPlus may update features, points rules, rewards, events, tiers, eligibility, referral rules, and platform content over time.
